Onboarding

From first call to launch.

  1. 1

    Discovery

A conversation about your agents, your MLS, your numbers, and what you want more visibility over.

  2. 2

    Demo

A walkthrough of the platform with a brokerage like yours in mind. Bring your broker, your coordinator, and a skeptical agent.

  3. 3

    Data & MLS

We connect your MLS, import past sales and commission history, and set up your structures, roles, and branding.

  4. 4

    Training & launch

Role-based training for agents, coordinators, marketers, and leadership, then a launch date you choose.

MLS coverage

Any MLS, ingested on request.

Listings and photos replicate from your MLS into your brokerage site and your agents’ tools, and past sales are retained after the MLS drops them. NorthstarMLS and Metro MLS are live today. Tell us which MLS systems your brokerage belongs to and we connect them during onboarding.

FAQ

Questions brokers ask first.

What is ABC Amplified™, in one sentence?

A single platform where a brokerage runs its leads, its transactions, its commissions, and its income, with a client portal under the brokerage’s own brand.

Is it a CRM, a transaction management tool, or accounting software?

It is the part of all three that a brokerage actually needs, designed together. Leads flow into transactions, transactions produce commission records, and commission records roll up into brokerage income and projections. Nothing is exported and re-imported.

Which MLS systems do you support?

NorthstarMLS and Metro MLS are live today. Any MLS is ingested on request as part of onboarding; tell us which ones your brokerage belongs to and we take it from there.

Can you import our history?

Yes. Past sales, agent production, and commission history are imported so agent profiles, past-sales pages, and projections start with real numbers rather than an empty screen.

How are leads assigned?

Every lead is attributed to its source. Sphere leads belong to the agent who brought them. Company leads are serviced under contracts with a defined term, distributed by rotation or from a pool, and a closing extends the term. Grades from A to F move on real activity and decide who is actively working a lead on each side.

What happens when an agent leaves?

The brokerage keeps its data and its rules. Departed agents’ company leads return to the company; sphere-lead contact information can go with the agent under the brokerage’s policy.

How do commissions work?

Commission structures are configured per agent and per year: brackets, tiers, caps, flat rates, or fixed arrangements. Each closed side becomes a sequence-numbered, integrity-checked record, then enters a payout queue for approval. Amendments keep the original history.

Is our data separated from other brokerages?

Yes. Each brokerage runs in its own isolated database. Two-factor authentication is enforced by role, with trusted devices, encrypted transport and storage, and audit trails.

Do our clients need a new app?

No. The client portal is part of your brokerage’s website: search, saved searches, favorites, showing requests, documents, and signatures, all under your brand.

How is it priced?

Pricing is set per brokerage after a demo, based on your size and your business. Request a demo and we will walk through it with you.

Where is the platform used today?

Brokerages in the Upper Midwest, with MLS coverage across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and North Dakota, and any MLS available on request.
