1. Introduction

ABC Amplified, LLC (“ABC Amplified,” “we,” “us”) operates a real estate platform and related services used by participating brokerages (each, a “Brokerage Tenant”) and their agents, leads, clients, and visitors. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information you provide (name, email, phone number, password)
  • Profile and preference data (saved searches, agent preferences)
  • Transaction and interaction data (appointments, messages, contracts)
  • Device, browser, and usage analytics
  • Information provided by participating Brokerage Tenants on your behalf

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide and operate the platform
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts
  • Facilitate communications between you and your assigned agent
  • Send transactional notifications about your account and activity
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. SMS / Text Messaging

We may send transactional SMS messages to phone numbers that have explicitly opted in via account signup, agent-initiated invitation, or another consented opt-in path. SMS messages include items such as two-factor authentication codes, appointment confirmations, lead-to-agent assignment notifications, contract status updates, and closing-day reminders.

Mobile Information Sharing. We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in records, or SMS consent data with any third party or affiliate for marketing, promotional, or any other purpose. SMS opt-in information is used solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive and to honor opt-out requests.

Message Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the events that trigger notifications. During active real estate transactions you may receive several messages per day; outside of active transactions you may receive few or no messages.

Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting Out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further marketing or transactional SMS will be sent to that number. To resume receiving messages, reply START or YES.

5. Information Sharing

We share information only as needed to operate the platform: with your assigned Brokerage Tenant and agent, with service providers under contract (e.g., Twilio for SMS delivery, AWS for hosting), and as required by law. We do not sell personal information.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and transactional data for the duration of your active account and as required by applicable real estate, accounting, and consumer protection laws.

7. Security

We employ industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transport, encrypted storage of sensitive fields, and access controls.

8. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your account information at any time by contacting your Brokerage Tenant administrator or emailing support@abcamplified.com. Residents of certain jurisdictions (California, Virginia, etc.) have additional rights under state privacy laws and may submit requests via the same channel.

9. Children’s Privacy

The platform is not directed to individuals under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via in-product notification.
